All photos created by Revamped Image Photography are copyright protected and may not be reproduced in any manner without the explicit written permission of Revamped Image Photography.

The client may print their photographs only once in possession of the digital images, via USB/disc/URL (as agreed between the Client and Revamped Image Photography). The digital files remain sole property of Hannah Martinig.

The Client must obtain written permission from Revamped Image Photography prior to publishing or selling the photographs.

Limited copyright ownership allows the client to do the following with the images:

a) Display the images;

b) Print the images;

c) Upload, email, or electronically transfer the images or files;

d) Publish the images on personal websites or social media websites (only if giving Revamped Image Photography credit. A description must be made by the client

The Client is prohibited from doing the following:

• APPLYING FOR COPYRIGHT REGISTRATION OR SELLING OF ANY IMAGE OR ELECTRONIC FILES SUPPLIED BY Hannah Martinig Photography.

• MAKING ‘DERIVATIVE WORKS’ OR OTHERWISE MODIFY, INCLUDING EDITING AND/OR

• MANIPULATING ELECTRONIC FILES
